What is Conolidine Made Of?

You can derive the Conolidine alkaloid from the flowering shrub Tabernaemontana divaricata (Crepe Jasmine), but what is Conolidine made of? Chines and Ayurvedic traditions use this plant as a medicinal herb to treat a wide range of ailments, and they have done so for millennia. Conolidine is still a staple of these ancient practices to this day.

Though not very common, there are some supplements and blends that incorporate this amazing plant. Traditionally, one can use Crepe Jasmine or Tabernaemontana divaricata to treat ailments such as kidney stones, cough, and even ulcers.

In order to find out how efficient Conolidine is in relieving pain, scientists isolate and synthesize it for testing. As a result of this testing, we find that Conolidine shows potent pain relief effects. These effects even compare to opioids, some studies find.

The severity of the opioid crisis in the United States is no big secret. With this in mind, developing the conolidine is an alkaloid found in the tabernaemontana divaricata in order to assist with pain relief seems to be a viable, non-addictive option for those who wish to treat pain but not feel as though they’re being forced to play with one fire in order to put out another.

So, what does this ultimately mean for us? The good news is that with the knowledge of this alkaloid, we can start approaching new pain treatments. Companies all over are filing patents, researching and developing, and even producing some form of Conolidine.

This is a really positive development, and that cannot be understated. Here at Conolidine.com, we hope to see Conolidine forward products entering the market for consumers as soon as 2022.

As always, we will do everything in our power to inform you. Please, stay up to date on our recent articles, and check in now and then to see any new developments.
